I hereby  grant York  Region  Dodgeball  League  and  those  authorized  on  its  behalf  the  right  and unrestricted permission, in respect to photographs I have submitted or in which I may be included with others, to copyright the same in York Region Dodgeball League;  to use, re-use, publish and license the same  in  whole or  in  part,  individually  or  in conjunction with  other  photographs or  film  footage,  in  any and  all  media  including television,  media  releases,  websites  and promotional materials,  now  or hereafter known, and for any purpose  whatsoever, without  restriction as to alteration; and to use my name in connection therewith if York Region Dodgeball League so chooses.

I hereby release and discharge York Region Dodgeball from any and all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the photographs including without limitations, any and all claims for libel or invasion of privacy.

This authorization  and  release  shall  also  ensure  to  the  benefit  of  the  successors,  legal  representatives, transferees, license and assigns of York Region Dodgeball League.
